Joe Lipps

Joe serves as Territory Manager for Kentucky. He graduated from the University of Kentucky, where he lived on the UK farm as a student.

Joe was an agronomy manager at Southern States, before being a Facility Manager at Nutrien Ag Solutions. His experience in ag retail and practical farm experience will be great assets to farmers and fulfill Monty’s mission to be a Trusted Advisor.

Outside of work, Joe stays busy with his family of six. His children are active in sports, keeping their schedules full. The family also runs a small farm, raising cows and sheep while growing corn, soybeans, and wheat. Together, they enjoy attending church and participating in various groups that take on mini-mission projects.
