In the mid 1980s in Florida, Craig was a golf course superintendent for seven years, then owned and operated a lawn care and landscaping business for more than 15 years.
He moved back to Minnesota in 2009, and was a farm manager for 10 years for a large fruit and vegetable grower. It was during this time that he developed a passion for seeking knowledge and understanding of plant and soil health, especially regarding humic technology.
Craig graduated from The Pennsylvania State University for Turfgrass Management. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, golfing, and fishing (ice and open water).
