Monty\u2019s Plant Food Co., a leader in natural soil enhancement and plant fertility products, is pleased to announce that Michael Thompson has joined its team as Product Consultant and Sales Support for South Carolina.<\/p>\n
Thompson\u2019s experience will serve both him and South Carolina farmers well.\u00a0 He has worked on watermelon and tobacco farms as well as having managed his own business for a number of years. He possesses both the agronomic and economic experience it takes to successfully farm today.\u00a0 Thompson earned his Business Management degree from Valdosta State University in Georgia.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have seen a significant amount of success in our South Carolina market,\u201d said Dennis Stephens, President of Monty\u2019s. \u201cI look forward to seeing Michael continue that growth.\u201d<\/p>\n
Based in Florence South Carolina, Michael will be consulting with farmers to provide solutions to the many issues they are dealing with in South Carolina. He will also be working with dealers throughout the state, consulting on Monty\u2019s innovative products and the importance of soil health in their quest for higher yields.<\/p>\n
In his spare time, Michael likes to restore classic cars and lift weights.<\/p>\n
